Since I don't yap a lot around here I think it's time for me to yap about my Super 4 version as I have rewritten the characters based on my headcanons.

My first victim today is Alex

Im going to talk about design, behavior , backstory and relationships with the others

Let's go!

DESIGN

I swear I do not have a clear inspiration for Alex's design. I originally took the original design but later on changed it to make it a bit original

I gave him a growth spurt ( I'm sorry for those who love a short king 💔) and I darkened his color palette. Gave him longer hair because in Medieval Europe, long hair on men represented aristocracy. He's also part of a Aristocratic French Royal family

Gold accents because at the end of the day he is a prince before he's a knight.

The blind eye was a fast idea that came through my mind. The story behind it was that in a Tournament the Baron caught Alex in a moment where he didn't pay attention and blinded him. Many scars because of various battles. And some melanin because why not

BACKSTORY

Alex's backstory is surrounded by a guilt that will follow him. A true prodigy since the Age of fourteen he was forced to join the Erosionist (I'll explain that in another post where I go in a deep dive about the world's that are present in my AU) where he was made to hunt down fairies at his Grandfather orders since he couldn't stand them.When he failed to comply with the orders he was punished later on giving him a scar on his neck and damage to his vocal cords

BEHAVIOR

Alex's behavior could be compared to the one of the sun. He's a creative person and a total ray of sunshine. He's the one with the biggest heart of the 4, a good leader and a good friend always having a solution for everything. The down side is that Alex cares very much about honor and get demoralized very easily if something could potentially ruin his family name of the honor he upholds.

He doesn't have out of line episodes since he's rather calm half the time unless you really dance on his nerves. He's one of the most loyal people you'll meet.

RELATIONSHIPS

Twinkle

One sided crush that's all I'm going to say. Twinkle had a little crush on Alex at one point but he didn't see her as anything more than a little sister. They are upset with each other for a while but eventually make up and have great chemistry, really enforcing that big brother energy around her

Ruby

Ruby unlike Twinkle sees Alex as a "partner in crime". These two are menaces to society and should never be left unsupervised They match each other's energy and are a great duo, ready to come fast with a plan that will work out in their favor. Ruby is mostly the one who has dumb ideas and Alex just says "Fuck it let's do it"

Gene

These two are polar opposites. They are my main couple. The dynamic these two follow is so cute. I promise I'll yap about them another day. They complete each other well and Alex can bring a little something out of Gene and no one really could. We can say Alex's sunny personality spreads to Gene

Sad: Funny, Varric didn't mention that hero having so many scars. It's handy. You ever get too full of yourself, you can just look in the mirror and see every mistake that left a mark. But it's not just about you anymore. Neve's got a new scar because you sent her into that ritual. So do better. Nobody else should have to wear your mistakes, hero.

Happy: You've got a few scars but you know what? You earned these in fights that needed to be fought. Hits you took to save someone, shots that knocked you down but didn't keep you down. You are the hero who can get it done. And if you pick up a few more scars along the way, that just proves you were in the fight.

Laugh: (Chuckle) Honestly, my scars look pretty good. They add character. And you should see the other guy.

Gender identity options

I'm getting there: I don't know, Varric. Catching my reflection still hits hard some days. But knowing who I am is worth it... and every day when I look in that mirror, I'm closer to seeing the person I want to be staring back.

I love who I am: There she is. The person I knew I was. I did the work, I stuck with it, and now I get to see her every time I look in the mirror.

Feels good to see the real me: It took a while for me to figure out why the face staring back from the mirror felt wrong. But once I was able to be honest with myself, it was a relief to figure out I was trans. And it's worth it to look in the mirror today and see the person I am staring back.

Tattoo options

I thought hard about these: Spent so much time figuring out each tattoo. Getting the design right in my head, finding an artist who could make it work. Not to mention holding still the whole time to make sure they were perfect. But it was worth it. They're part of me now. The part I made for myself.

Tattoos helped me love myself: I used to dread looking into the mirror. Until I finally got tired of hating what I saw and decided to change what I saw. Now I look in the mirror and see the ink I chose for myself. The me I chose for myself. I don't know if that's the hero Varric was talking about, but it's a start.

My tattoos celebrate success: Every one of my tattoos is a story. Something I did that's worth remembering. Wonder what I should get when we finish this job. An eluvian? A wolf? I'll figure it out.

Elf Only: The vallaslin are sacred for the elves. I didn't grow up Dalish, but they're not the only ones who have a claim on being elven. My tattoos represent who I am, and I'll wear that for all the world to see.

Regular responses

Blue: I don't know if I see a hero's face, but it's a face that has seen a lot. Got a few new scars. Some that show up in a mirror, some that don't. But Varric believed in me then, and he believes in me now. I can do this.

Purple: A damn good looking hero if I do say so.

It was hard but worthwhile: The number of times I banged my head against this book, trying to make the concepts work... but that training has kept me alive so far.

•WELL that time came and out of the two, it was curly who was more on edge surprisingly, he was scared to b left behind and change who he was. being away from tim and angela anndddd leaving the gang??? not something curly rlly saw himself doing. was pony pushing curly to just leave w him??? a litttlleeee bit he wasnt that overbearing about it, but it was enough to make curly feel like everyone and thing was against him

•for the smallest time they did try to come to an agreement, maybe pony could stay not in tulsa but at LEAST oklahoma so they can keep the long distance shorter!! however as much as pony loves curly, after a night of thinking it over, ponys back to not agreeing, hes basically been working his whole life to leave this place, he cant give all that up just bc curly cant accept change. at the same time, pony has to understand that curly cant just up and leave, hes done it once to build something of himself (curlys a refugee do not forget that🗣️🗣️) and that wasnt the greatest of experiences, curly wants to stay put some place so naturally its hard for him. he wants his family, he wants to keep being and doing what hes just always known

•the summer before pony left for college was ROUGH, thats when if all boiled over. when they spoke to each other it was always just tense, they rarely hung out one of em always making excuses not to, and it was the most times they argued EVER

youve talked a lot abt adonias' perspective of adonas' fall, im kinda curious adonas' pov on the like. whole "his brother is unable to reconcile who he is with who he was and adonas' own self destructiveness is forcing adonias to kill him" thing. i loveeee looking into the brains of characters that implode and destroy all the people they care about >:3

(To claify Adonias is the angry purple one and Adonas is the cheerful blue one)

But basically this links back to my thoughts on kyrian fallng (I forgot the word when I wrote this). But when a kyrian falls its hard to break the cycle because it generally brings out their worst traits.

In Adonias' case he'd always been a bit irritable but ultimatly a good person. He's shown to care deeply for others and does just want to protect those around him. (Which is why Chyrus knew Loyalty would be the best for him since being a Sentinel was almost tailored for him.)

Adonias didn't care about Vothia being the Hand of Humility because it was Vothia. He was upset because he felt those around him had been insulted by Chyrus (namely Adonas who Adonias would make a whole PR campaign should have been hand if he could) and that Chyrus didn't value his disiples.

Because of this Adonias always viewed his Temple transfer as a punishment not the correct choice. Adonias will never admit he was miserable in Humility and only stayed for his brother. Because he was 'forced' out by Chyrus, Adonias belives Chyrus has it out for him and that Loyalty is a punishment.

Devos managed to work with this, as clearly this was a sign of a flaw in Bastion. Thus Adonias joined the Forsworn because he would tare Bastion down if it ment he could be vindicated in his feelings.

When Adonias fell his irritable personailty and general temper just sky rocketed. He became violent, sadisitic because his own anger became torture. It was constantly burning and needed to be released any way he could.

This lead to events like when he killed Fotima at the temple of purity, it was violent and needlessly cruel. Something that even his fellow forsworn Andromede was shaken by seeing. And when he got a moment of clarity he was scared of himself as well. But Adonias was always too prideful to say he neede help and that he was wrong. Even though he knew Adonas would have helped him no matter how many lines he crossed.

When Chyrus was lured into a trap by Lysonia. Adonias was being called the Hand of Doubt at this point (chosen by Lysonia now calling herself Paragon). Adonias knew that Lysonia was throwing Forsworn into the Maw and she'd just used more as fodder to slow Chyrus down. He didn't care. This wasn't about memories or anything anymore. Lysonia greived for Devos who was dead in her mind, even though she was physically alive Devos was now a 'traitor' to the Forsworn so Lysonia mourned the memory of their leader.

Lysonia and Adonias' destruction was fire and gas and they fueled each other. So when Uther wouldn't step up and torture Chryus himself, Lysonia gave him to Adonias. Devos had wanted Chyrus alive to join them. This was Lysonia and Adonias going against that. Because Lysonia knew Adonias would kill Chyrus, and he'd draw it out. He would put every bit of anger into him to make the Paragons death match his own rage and pain.

This was cut short because Adrestes shows up to save Chyrus along with Adonas. When Adonas tries to reason with Adonias. The anger gets deflected on his brother and for the first time Adonias hurts him. Giving him that scar on his eye. It would have gone futher if Adrestes didn't swing his maul into Adonias' face giving him his own scar and smashing his visor. Before the Polemarch could deal with his wayward sentinel Adonias flees.

Even after nearly taking his eye out Adonas is convinced that Adonias can still be saved but everyone else doesn't have the heart to tell him that Adonias doesn't want to be saved. Which is why Adonias' story can end only one way.

As expected Adonias' anger is what kills him. It's the final front the whole of the Ascended are here to take down Lysonia. Andomede and half the forsworn deflected back to the Ascended under the return of Devos. Adonias knew he had no more chances. So when Adonas tries to reason with him one last time his brothers own naivety enrages him. He is so blinded he never even notices Adonas' sword raised and ran right into it.

He at least gets a merciful death all things considered. And finally gets to be at peace away from his anger.

Hey! I'm making a F!Leo cosplay and I was wondering if you have any advice for how to do the shell? The plastron, specifically. Yours was amazing! Ty xx

Yeah of course!!! Luckily the rise plastrons are very geometric so its pretty easy to make a pattern from it! I dont have pictures of early steps so pls bear with me <3 info n pictures below the cut

First thing i did was make a pattern of my torso with plastic wrap and tape so i could see the curve of my stomach and chest. Cant say this helped a TON, but i cant imagine things in my head, so it helped me conceptualize the size and dimensions i would need the front panels to be to cover my torso.

Next i started sketching small patterns for what the cut outs may look like. DEFINITELY make a paper pattern, this took a lot of trial and error and you dont want to waste too much foam. I cannot for the life of me find my paper patterns unfortunately, but hopefully you can see part of where im coming from with the detailed pictures of the plastron!! I made patters for 1/2 of the plastron, and flipped the patters over to make the other half mirrored and symetrical.

Now the cutting. I used .7mm foam (i think?? I got it from micheals. Joann fabrics has some but only small sheets. If you want less seams you should get the bigger ones, or buy massive sheets online. EVA foam isnt too hard to find, but make sure your density and width is appropriate for what youre making. When actually cutting the pieces out, some cuts will be flat while others may work best at an angle. I used mostly 90* and 45* angles to make clean edges and corners.

Bear with me bc the pictures in this next part are kinda uglie </3 ill explain why later.

For matching the curve of the body, i used a fresh blade and made shallow triangle cuts on the backside of the foam as can be seen here:

It would have worked better if the chest pieces were also vurved by i was on a time crunch and didnt have the time to make a 3rd or fourth plastron (yes this was a second fully completed attempt orz). Im also a bigger dude so it may be easier if your torso is smaller. I also had the benefit of making my pants from scratch (using a demon slayer uniform pattern that i altered) so i made the waistband big enough to tuck the shell into, which helped with keeping it curved around my body.

(This but only applies to future leo and i did post gluing the pieces together, but for his Top Surgery Scars™️ i cut into the chest at a 45*angle, then glued those pieces back onto the back side to seal the cut)

For gluing, i tried a whole lot of types but jothing worked as well as cement glue. It is toxic tho so make sure you do it outside or with good ventilation, and wear gloves/a mask. I did two layers on each edge then stuck the edges together, 3 if i noticed the foam absorbing it to much. Make sure you take the gluing slow and really put pressure on the pieces to lock them together. Follow the instructions and youll do fine.

For painting, i did 2 layers of modge podge, 1-2 priming layers (depends on if foam is white or black to start), and then whatever layers you need for a smooth coat of color. I topped it off with modgepodge again to seal it, but that may not have been the best idea for the following reasons....

EW YUCK. WHY IT LOOK LIKE THAT.

Well. It didnt always. Turns out when youre wearing approx 3 laters in the summer then cover your body with insulating foam, the heat and moisture makes the modgepodge MELT. and like i said before, this bottom portion was tucked into my pants so it did not breathe. I have yet to even try to find a solution but just keep it in mind when making your cosplay (and if you find a solution PLEASE LET ME KNOW! My one idea was tryna find a sealant that wont melt (obv) but idk what that would be)

And FINALLY. how to secure it to the body suit!! I used snaps!! So easy and nice (besides the melting issue but thats a different thing entirely.) They never came off or gave me problems (minus the melting) and made the shells easy to transfer/travel with and put on.

All in all, The plastron was so so hard and im honestly still not happy with it, planning to remake it before i wear him again. Please show me your cosplay when you finish it, id love to see!! Please lemme know if you have any other questions!! 🐢💙

from now on i'll just dub fredbro as iggy leopold, and chica as sioux robertson, I'll explain later (I actually don't know if I can name them, I'm just giving them names just so I don't write fred/chicabro constantly)

funfact: while searching for vintage surfer dude shirts, I found the exact shirt the phone dude has! (and I know it cuz oof posted it on their twitter before, the exact image) Sioux just has the swim suit thing

...I wasn't sure what to do with Sioux's hair... I had zero idea how to translate black hairstyles into the UCFT art style. I tried to do twists, but they look horrible; I didn't wanna overtly detail them as I felt that'd be outta place of the art style, but it looks horrible as this. IIRC there's not really any black hair styles drawn in UCFT (yet) so no references sadly

Iggy comes from me thinking of what stupid names I can name a surfer and a jojo reference, Leopold comes from well... Freddy originally being named Leopold... So what if Iggy adopted the Freddy mask because of the shared name? that lines up in the timeline I think

Final notes:

I found some minor details in the UCFT style fascinating,

it's kinda hard to tell if something is drawn by oof or hyatiid hyatiid does most of the drawings IIRC, but I feel like I can tell when the artist switches and their minor quirks! I can't say for sure who's who but:

Michael's eye brow color changes sometimes, from a darker color from his main hair, to straight black. I also notice his eyebrows are a layer above hair, not sure if that's always the case as I haven't seen enough drawings of his eyebrows above his mullet to tell

Jeremy's piercing & scar placement is inconsistent, not that noticeable as it's generally the same area, but not the exact same everytime

Michael's hair detailing varies a lot

Eyes. they can be close, far, rounded, etc. rounded eyes are mostly for happy expressions

I think Oof keeps the whites of William's (purple form)eye contained with Hyatiid doesn't? I also think Oof is the one the draws lines under the eye without a fading effect while Hyatiid does

ITS MM RAPH TIME. And likely the Raph that kind of has most my attetion atm XD Can I just say I have a struggle with Rise Raph so MM Raph was a nice breath of fresh air. Im not saying you can’t have a teddy bear Raph buuuut yyou still need him to have the usual Raph like traits to turly be Raphael. And I just love how unhinge this Raph can be at times. He’s turly such a good teen take on Raphael with not making anger his core trait. Instead more his like for violence if aything. And the show just gave me more to love about him.

✍ Favorite thing about writing the muse?

Mostly taking the traits of Raph and placing them in a highschool setting. Making Raph a jock but more of an outsider and not so much the kind that falls into the popular crowd. Not that I couldn’t see that for Raph esp with cut stuff that was planned forthe movie. But I like to say it’s because he befriended Casey that he sort of found his place through his friendship there istead of solelyy through is team mates. It’s just fun getting to play with those ideas and tropes when it comes to thisRaph and course myy head cannons getting through in there as well.

Adding answers for both movie and the series.

I like Raph getting to have the more durag going on for his mask since Rise, seeing it even being used in the Fornight skin and the naruto comic cros over. I have always loved when they give Raph tattered mask tails because it just fits his reckless behaviours to show that in his desing Raph having the durag for his mask I feel really ets his desing apart more so by fulling covering his head this way since they are a good thing to use to protect one’s head. Raph’s blad so hair won’t play a part here but for wind and sun on his head. With how brash Raph is? It just fits. The movie also has raph covered in all these scars on his plastron and has the buckel on his belt being all messed up too. Selling more of the idea Raph jumps into fights uncaring about the results of how he comes out from them he just wants to fight.

The show dose take a lot of the desing awayy bu seeing how pretty sure the show was made to be more for Shorts? I don’t hold it against them. They still kept Raph having a bulky build and being a bit taller than his brothers. Raph feeds into being big he works out and even makes use of muscle build powders. I feel Rah really plays into being the biggest and strongest and like relies on this even.

Of course Rasey, I just love the dyynmaic of your MM Caseyy and Raphael. These two hated each other then became the othrs most trust confidenat. They are oka lowering thier walls around each other. Casey let Raph see who he is, a big softie uwu Raph has even done the same letting Caseyy see just how much he dose in fact care about things like his family. They even slowly break those barries more and more by showing nothing is ever too muh for them. With Raph it was when Caseyy was dealing with his grief of his dad and tried pushing Raph awayy. For Casey I feel it’s safe t say when they started to get physical and Raph was worried that hisbeing a turtle would be too freaky for Casey. Even with th current stuff going on for them I feel like these two keep showing theyy always will be there and when things are tough? They will be there even more

I feel i haven’t even scratched the surface yet. But currently i’ll say his realtionship issues with Casey. Everytime these two make a good step forward I feel I find something to pull them down uwu. Raph was pretty quick to hope into a relationship with Casey and he has no experince what so ever here unlike Casey who has had at least a girlfriend before Raphael. Though this hasn’ come up in a meaningful way. There was Raph shutting casey out because he was worried his turtle dick would werid Casey out. There was his jeaously for Canada XD his kind of friendship with Hun as well. Casey turly been the answer to Raph’s biggests questions in life. So, another that sort of tampers with that relationship? I feel will always hit that much harder for the two of them uwu

I wanna go with his relationship with Donnie. I like that Raph has alwayys sort of taken a part in thing’s that Donnie likes he might not get it all the time but I like to think he’s part of the reason Donnie has th stickers on his bo staff cause Raph saw them and grabbed them for Donnie. I just love making his friendship with Dnnie like a basis to what fourm and shapped Raph into who heis. He takes investments into others and also deeply cares about the well being of those who matter to him. He can be harsh but deep dwn he cares he just gotta be cool and caring aint cool uwu

I love the way he seems to be working on his angery with Splinter. Splinter seems very involved with it compared to other versions. Where 03 wanted him to learn how todo it himself. And gave him that space. 12 was not equiped to handle it. MM Splinter really tries his best to help Raph out helping im with breathing and medation often if Raph has no other options so he knows poor Raph has his own ways but he’ll still offer help ;3;

Raphael see’s the school consoulers a few time a eek during school. He is techincally on a bahavioral plan as well because of his temper flares, which is why he has to see the consuler do mental health check ins so to speak. He’s only ever told Casey about it not even his brothers know.

Raphael loves sports animes, he finds the connections between teammate more investing than compare to Shouen animes. His favorites are Free!!! Yuri on Ice and Hakyuu!!

Raphael tends to go to Beepbop and Rocksteady when he’s having relationship issues because well he kind of would like him and Casey to be an ld gay married couple as well

Raphael’s fried groups ends up consisting of Casey, Von and Donnie. This is like his main friend group mind you who he spends all his time with. Of course, he hangs out with Leo and Mike and his teammates as well but these three who he spends time with outside of school even. After Casey and Von gradurate he dosen’t really have a main hang out gropu he DOSE sort of hang around Hun but its mostly because he claims to not trust the guy.

hmmm I like to think Raph will ontuine with wresting become a top alethtic at school. and take the team to championships. I like to think Raph never considered collage till he got offered scholarships. He may least look to go to community college at best I can only see Raph getting a general education in college, maybe he’ll keep working with Beepbop and Roccksteady moving company for a few years till getting a job at a gym as a personal trainer. of course, Raphael likes to think Casey will always be a part of it as well hes dumb enough to thik they mightmove in together one day and maybe get married even. Being roommates at least i his main step mark in thier relationship in his mind though.

Props that I don’t think he got a better treatment in the movie comapred to mikey and Donnie I feel Raph personitly just let him stand out better. I agree the movie focused far more on Leo and I feel this is why the turtles seem at thier best when they are all together because they dont really let the thr 3 shine on thier own or have that same focal point as Leo gets in the movie. Like a drive and such it’s really just them following the plans Leo’ gives.

It’s gotta be when Casey first kissed Raphael and told Raph heliked him uwu. Raphael was busy feeling like a jerk the whole time he just didn’t want to lose out on his only real friend so having Casey smash his mouth to his own and admit they had romantic feelings for Raphael. Which helped Raph understand his own feelings for Casey as well. Raphael didn’t even relieaze he was gay untile that moment since well how would he really even explore that? Raphael was fallingfor casey and had no idea till that kiss uwu which is why Raph asks if they can kiss again uwu

new mechanic is insanely hype and i am going a little bit feral over it. i've been wanting a UHC-style season for a long time and this seems a great way to kind of. entertainment-fy it i suppose? cus as much as i wanted straight up UHC i can totally understand why players like joel or skizz or scar would struggle hard in that sort of ruleset and it wouldn't be very fun to watch as a result.

i'm a bit.. tentative about the more acknowledgment of the Lore this time around? On one hand i love it and i think it's incredibly cool but on the other hand i know well that lore can eat a series alive if let out of control. Especially when fans start getting pushy about their theories and disappointed when inevitably things aren't as explained or thoroughly confirmed or straight up forgotten. (<-- fnaf fan. i have seen it. it is horrible)

that being said i have trust in grian specifically to handle it well and not go off the deep end with it cus a good chunk of the viewers don't know/care for the lore and if it becomes a Big Thing then a lot of people are gonna end up feeling alienated and confused.

i LOVED Bigb's episode and i think it's like. the ideal way to incorporate lore into a series like this. the way you can Feel that something is off rather than it being explicitly shown. you can choose to write it off or dig deeper. it's good juice. I've mentioned this before but I'll say it again -- Bigb is easily one of the strongest roleplayers on the entire server and his editing REALLY sells it hard. He really melts into what's happening rather than getting up on a platform and shouting THIS PART IS IMPORTANT. LOOK AT ME. which i really appreciate as a kind-of honorary former theatre kid.

but yeah tl;dr i think lore/fan theories should be left to the fandom mainly otherwise it starts getting weird. that being said i trust the life series ppl and can't wait to see what's going on with this season.

now if i may be unhinged myself. i def agree with the theory that Something is up with Bigb's task and maybe whatever gave it to him is trying to mess with the game.

Bigb and Mumbo specifically I felt were acting.. a little OOC the whole episode? Bigb was very much on purpose i think and i reckon mumbo's just excited to be back lol but its fun to think about

the task system has a lot of potential for. fanfic symbolism fuel. i mentioned this on my spam blog i think but something something about the way the players' tasks almost seem to. mock them? a little bit?

like pearl's being to "earn" people's hearts after she failed to make any connections throughout double life and has been somewhat isolated the whole series. bdubs being known for his efficient and beautiful builds being told to make something ugly and useless. scott being implicitly called a parasite with his history of teaming and latching onto one specific person each season. etc. etc.

the teams this time around are looking interesting and i think it's worth noting how it almost feels like.. the opposite of limlife a bit? with how slow and cautious everyone has to play. it seems like over half the server haven't really even joined up with anyone yet which is intriguing. (im personally praying for a scar/jimmy team up. just cus scott said they wouldn't make it lol)

which is great for me cus i loved limlife but the chaoticness of everything did kind of. make deaths less impactful i think? if i see another sky bridge i might scream

im very. of two minds about the scott and impulse team up. because if you dig through my blog you'll see i have kind of a history of being unhinged about those two and their parallels. but i have the sneaking suspicion that their actual dynamic will be like nothing i had in mind lmao

pidge headcanons cause i'm bored and they're on my mind

- nonbinary she/they

- autistic (they've got that autistic girl swag)

- anemic and Hates the cold (the coldest of space doesn't count to her)

- didn't necessarily mind being referring to as a girl growing up but just never felt like it was quite right

- "i might be nonbinary but i gotta fight in a space war so im not worried about that rn"

- always did her own hair cause they don't like other people touching it (did let her mom help but that's it cause matt is way too bad at it)

- bruises easily but that's just cause they're pale

- switches between viewing shiro as a father and brother figure while she's missing both of hers

- views lance, keith, and hunk all as kinda stand in brothers but lance more so than the others since he is the closest to matt personality wise

- rarely actually sleeps in her bed and usually ends up taking naps in a little nook she's made up in the corner of the room with pillows and blankets (uses some blankets as curtains to block out light)

- always slept with a nightlight so they'd always have a light to work with in the dark and is now just so used to it they find it hard to sleep without one

- bites their nails

- allergic to nuts (coran helps them check for any kind of nut equivalent things on alien planets)

- high pain tolerance (a struggle to the others as she will insist she's fine over some injuries they really shouldn't be fine over)

- green and the other lions refer to them as "the cub" or "their cub" due to her being the youngest

- insomniac (them and keith end up staying up together watching movies or training a lot)

- everyone assumed they would be embarrassed explaining to allura and coran what periods were when they ran out of supplies for that in space but they did not care honestly she gave just a pretty straight forward explanation and they seemed to understand it was pretty much just basic human biology and helped find alternatives (pidge is a scientist they don't give a fuck when it comes to talking about that)

- i know in canon the glasses they wear aren't real cause she took the real lenses out but in my mind they are and she wore them too much so their eyes adjusted and now they actually need them (she's very annoyed by that)

- holds the record for "most times used as a human shield" (very bitter about that too)

- never really considered all those blowing up galra ships and stuff as kills cause they were so disconnected from it but the first time she actually killed someone face to face it didn't really register in the moment cause of all the adrenaline then when it finally did they threw up cause it really tripped her up despite that just being a reality of war

- has gotten captured solo before and took so long to tell the others the full extent of what happened despite them already seeing the scars

- hates cryopods (too cold and makes her brain all fuzzy tho lance says that's the appeal of it cause he doesn't have to think (keith says he never thinks anyways))

- likes to keep themselves occupied especially when there's no mission or fight and the paladins have free time so has so many half started and half finished projects

- has recorded videos for each paladin (and their family) in case she dies

- didn't learn to swim in childhood cause they had beef with water (doesn't like being wet)

- did have to learn to swim when the others insisted after they almost drowned on a mission (did not like this but agreed and now they can)

- double jointed elbows (freaks coran and allura out)

-asexual lesbian but not really looking to date more so if it happens in the future after the war then hey it happens

- lets her hair grow out a little after the war but keeps it at around shoulder length

- has faint freckles but they never really show cause she rarely spends time in the sun for them to (mainly across their shoulders and back)

- paired with lance and hunk back at the garrison cause she was too smart for her age range but still didn't get as much combat training as they did

- felt kinda strange being referring to as he/him at the garrison (wasn't bad but also wasn't exactly right but definitely helped push they weren't fully a girl)

- wore a dress at a formal event one time and now never will again (did not feel good in it and also did not like the looks they got) so now tends to just match the guys in a button up and slacks

- doesn't hate dressing feminine but is just pretty picky about when to wear them (really has to be in the mindset for it cause it reminds her too much of who she used to be)

- always assumed to be a boy by people when they first meet and doesn't correct them (a safely thing allura and coran suggest so really only allies and friends know the truth)
